Wow!

This is a proper Mercedes-Benz, not some trash with Chrysler parts!

Mirbach must be the best classic car broker around. They even have a 250 GTO! Blue is a fantastic colour for the W198. I'm more familiar with it in silver as most everyone is. I love those plaid seats and Rudge wheels! Rudge wheels! The Mercedes wheel usually found on the roadster just doesn't look the same. I have a scale model of the 300SL in silver and with the plaid seats. How I'd love to get the real thing. If I buy a classic Mercedes-Benz, I'd only buy the W198 300SL Gullwing, a W116 450SEL 6.9, a W123 280 or 300D and a W100 factory armoured 600 SWB with a division.
This particular car is still available at Mirbach. Price category is above 250,000 Euros. The value for these cars peaked out in the late-80s at I believe 400,000 dollars. If anyone wants it, have the bank wire ready!
