Exquisite! When he pressed the horn I nearly lost it...

My W123 has a two tone horn, so you never get caught wishing you could have done a baaaab when the car does daaaad...

I was just reading in one of my Mercedes books that the M100 engine that powered the 600 was actually good for 300-horsepower but the "many gizmos and gadgets on board" reduced power to 250-horsepower. Interesting.

Maybe someone can ask the 600 expert, Herr Karl Middelhauve about this if you ever meet him.
