Thanks for the article! This truly is one of greatest sport coupés of the latest decades. Unfortunatley it's rather rare, because I prefer its looks over the 6 series ... will we get a real successor once?? |

The 850csi was and is still a car I'd love to own. Hope the new 8-series coupoon (coupe-saloon) will be even better. A few years ago, there were rumours that a 850i with a M5 engine was built for a BMW director (reputed to be for Wolfgang Reitzle). But he left BMW before he took delivery. Car was said to have been stored in BMW's basement carpark for many years. Maybe it has been scrapped by now. |

this car has been one of my long standing dreams, but with the rpice of fuel and me ot having a credible income for the time being (hey i'm still in college  ) there is no way i could satisify my need |
