Tucking in your shirt? - 11-24-2006, 10:46 AM

How do you tuck in your shirt?

I know this may seem like an odd question, but I have noticed that people look different when tucking in their shirts and I was wondering how you tucked in yours and if there is a technique for 'tucking' in ones shirt.

I tuck in fully and then pull out until it covers some of the beltline. That's all there is to it.

I always tuck my polos and shirts inside my pant. For it to look good the polo or shirt shouldn't be too long, other wise it will just look bulky and wierd.

I never tuck in my shirts, unless I am getting dressed up nicely for work or something formal.

i always tuck in my shirts and here's my little secret.

Tuck your shirt in as much as you can. The walk some 5 or six steps and strech your arms. Then you will be perfect!

thanks, but one question. What kind of shirts do you wear? With stripes, with only one colour, with Disney characters?

I prefer striped ones becasue plain ones look very boring at times. i order my shirts from tailorshirts.com. It is a fantastic site if you can't afford stepping into a tailor and pay one or two hundreds euros for a shirt. So far I have only ordered two shirts from the site and I'm quite pleased with the result. The quality is very decent and the fact that shirts sit just the way I want them to is priceless.
You guys should really check is out. It is really an amasing site letting you cutomise your shirts. Delivery takes about 2-3 week. The best thing for you who people who don't know how you want your shirts to fit on you body should visist a shop which sells high quality shirts. Buy a shirt which you think fits very good on your body, take it home to measure it(instructions are available on the website) and then teturn it back to the store. Then you should use the measurement when ordering a shirt from tailiorshirts.com and it will to 98% fit just like the shirt you bought from the store.
