^Go to (dwmlc.com), what i'm about to tell you might sound crazy but it's true, their is no law against speeding. The speed limit is merely a suggestion, the court was created on a lie! The bible states that one should not swear & oath. I went to court on Tuesday & made a fool of the system with 70 people present! The court has no power over you because unless you've in roled in the military, you have no contractial agreement with them. The court has a corp. seal against the wall behinded the judge. On tuesday when i went before the judge i asked the court to "SHOW ME THE LAW WRITTEN IN THE TRUTH OR VACATE IT'S POSITION". The purpose of the court's is to find the truth, but the law was written with (adverbs, verbs, nouns, adjectives), which are assumptions,pre-sumtions, & opinions!

It is important that you know what really happened when I used so-called technology by Miller.

At my hearing for arraignment and plea February 17, 1998, I used the "flag" issue and the approach that I would not join with the court pursuant to F.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(7). That day I left court having not joined with the court. However, the following day I was arrested by U. S. Marshals and incarcerated at Halawa State Prison with the presumed threat that I would be held as a threat to the state if I did not submit to the court's jurisdiction.

Prior to my arrest on Friday the 19th of 1998, I filed a "Title 42 Action" that was advocated by Miller. He will say that this is passe' now, but the reason I mention it was the fact that in a subsequent hearing the U. S. Prosecutor noted it and said that it was incomprehensible. Nothing else transpired other than the fact that I let the "42" action time lapse. Reason? Number one I could foresee it being held against me as a identified "tax protestor" as well as an activist for pure water in Hawaii locally, and the fact that I had been involved in many other initiatives regarding the return to Constitutional Rule of Law by the government. [My group was known as the "Phoenix Project Committee of 50 States" and aligned with Joe Stumph out of Utah. Morris Dees, a Khazarian Zionist B'nai B'rith Mosad agent, SUBVERSIVE, of the "Souther Poverty Law Center" (I am sure dedicated to perpetuation of "poverty" using law as a method to insure its existence [READ R. BUCKMINSTER FULLER'S GRUNCH OF GIANTS, ST. MARTIN PRESS, 1983]) identified our "group" as a militia support group in a document regarding what he identified as "terrorist organizations."]. The second reason was that I had seen the irrationality of the idea that I would ever prevail in any of the controlled Zionist courts. It is impossible at this time but may be appropriate as we uncover the lies.

David Miller has never won in court to my knowledge other than by his own say so. Heresay, I say! Where is the meat? Ask for proof positive regarding the success of his technology. Court cases... Testimony... Documentation, not just his words.

His tech. did not in fact work for me. He has noted in his seminars that I utilized his work successfully, but this is not so. I was found guilty of five counts of tax evasion, 26 U.S.C., section 7201. I had not filed since 1983 and held the position that a citizen in the U.S. was not subject to income tax nor employment tax (they are different you know) since for the former there must be foreign earned income, and the latter an agreement with the employer pursuant to 26 U.S.C., 3402p(2). My defense was the "condition of the mind."

A final note. A person I am with at the half-way-house (the place one is held after prison until reaching his or her's mandatory release date) filed a Writ of Habeas Corpus using Miller's most current work. Judge Gillmore said if she persisted in the issue, she would order a psychological assessment of Ms. Ottley and have her committed if necessary. Does not sound good to me. I encouraged her to withdraw the HC and file a more rational action. I don't know what she has done. Nor have I seen here around the half-way-house either. The court may have taken her already.

David may be correct in many of his ideas, but half truth will only get one in trouble. I may be a testimony of what did not work, ask him for testimony for when it did work. Be persistent. Get the facts.

If you live in the United States you are subject to not only federal laws but also state and local. There are speeding limits for saftey and going over the speed limit in Virginia for example is considered reckless driving and it is a felony!

Also, I am not sure what you do for a living but I deal with law and the constitution has two things that have to be taken into consideration. First, whether you read between the lines and you take into consideration the translation of the idea of what they mean then to what it means now, or being a textualist, which is what Justice Scalia is, and read word for read and go by that.

The state has a right to protect it's citizen's and this is why suicide is not allowed and that is the reason that there are laws to prevent a person from speeding because they may consequently get into an accident.

By the way, if you do research and see the cases of people that were speeding that got into an accident and killed passengers, drivers, or pedestrians, you will see that they went to jail. There is not law that says that you will go to jail for getting into an accident? Right?


In addition to what I have already said, what does a law being written with adverbs, verbs, nouns, adjectives have anything to do with what you are guilty of? The law is the law, and language is language, and they both inherently contain verbs(actions) nouns(person place of things adjective(which describe nouns) etc. How else to you expect a law to be written?

Law:

"If one lies then they go to jail for 1 year"

Well, "one" is a pronoun, "lies" is a verb, "they" is a pronoun, "go" is a verb, "jail" is a noun. What are you trying to say and/or pull here buddy? Are you following this guys ideology in order to further influence other teenagers that don't know anything about the system so that they show up to court and get arrested or something?

First off, you should of listened to what I said more clearly! I told you my ticket was vacated, so what ever your circumstance was I feel sorry for you.Secondly I didn't hear you say whether or not you plead not guilty, because if you did by definition it still implies guilt. Now what I did was "ask the proscuter to vacate the ticket", when he asked me why ,I told him "under title 18 U.S.C. 1001 which states "~ FOR THE FRAUDULENT USE OF THE COMMUNICATION METHODS ARE WITH THIS CLAIMS OF THE TITLE~18: U.S.C.S.~1001 FOR THE FICTIONAL MODIFICATION USE OF A FACT AS A ADVERB,VERB,PRONOUN OR ADJECTIVE BY A CLAIMANT" When my name was called for trail I asked the judge "SHOW ME THE LAW WRITTEN IN THE TRUTH OR VACATE YOUR POSITION" Now where most people go wrong in my opinion is they try in go overboard rather than take a position & stick to it! Another thing, I'm a commoner with out any radical movement. It's my opnion that your circumstance may have had something to do with that!!! O, i almost forgot it was a speeding ticket, 77 in a 55mph
