Every year we get some F1 promotion in our uni just before the Australian GP. Last year Sam Michael came to our uni to give a speech, he was an old boy of the uni (he said Montoya aren't good with the technical side of the car, and he is a bit chubby), and this year STR brought one of their promptional cars to my uni today. I was bloody surprised. There were no drivers no party just a few tech guys with the car in the middle of the uni. The guys said it is a genuine F1 car without the engine. I spend about half an hour just checking out every single detail of the car. The disc brakes are very worn, same with the tyres. The cockpit is very empty you can see the bare carbon fibre inside. The carbon fibre looked a bit yellow with no clear coat. I think they have a replica steering wheel on the car cause it looked a bit basic. The shape of the sidepods and the aerodynamic devices around that area is very interesting. i will upload some pics when i get them from my mates.
