Don't take this the wrong way, but this part of your message is completely false. I know you didn't make it up, you probably just copied it from somewhere.
Verse 9.11 (9th Sura, Eleventh Verse):

11. But (even so), if they repent, establish regular prayers, and practise regular charity,- they are your brethren in Faith: (thus) do We explain the Signs in detail, for those who understand. (Al-Tawba, 11)
I noticed that this was not from the Quran because nowhere does the Quran talk about 'the son of Arabia' or 'the wrath of the Eagle' or the 'Secret of the Talisman' or any Stephen King novel title-like phrases.
I hope that the lesson here is that a lot of what you hear about Islam and Muslims is not true at all.
