If clockwise, then you use more of the right side of the brain and vice versa.
Most of us would see the dancer turning anti-clockwise though you can try to focus and change the direction; see if you can do it.

I can see the dancer turning clockwise but I can let her turn counterclockwise as well. Almost on command but it takes quite some concentration though.
In default, the dancer turns clockwise to me, meaning that I probably use my right side of my brain more than my left side.

first when I saw the woman it was clockwise but in the next moment I saw her, anti-clockwise. It confused me a little bit

Sick!! I saw her turning clockwise but after having read your responses I concentrated on her reflection and could after a few seconds see her spinning counter clockwise.
