Basically she is grounded for 40 days... big freaking deal. I am not surprised this has happened, i expected this to happen. Money buys freedom, and trashy celebrity will get away with anything. So everyone, you know where she will be staying for the next 40 days, you have plenty of time to aim your weapons at her house.

Her family is very prosperous meaning that they can afford the best lawyers, who works their asses off 24/7 to find loopholes in the justice system.
That's how the justice system works around the world, especially in the United State. The more money you have, the better lawyers you can afford, the easier you can get away with crimes.

I don't see how her money got her out early. It's not like she bought herself a good team of lawyers and got her a favorable verdict, unlike some football player. She didn't get away with her crime and she will still have a criminal record. The overcrowding in the prison system meant that a low-risk criminal like her gets out early. Sure, a poor person would not have as many lawyers looking out for her rights from outside of prison, but in California, many jailbirds get out early.

Seriously, I think this is great news for people that hate her! I doubt that she learned her lesson after three-days in the big house. Therefore, I hope it reinforces her lifestyle and she gets in bigger and more destructive messes that ultimately lead to her disappearing for good, one way or another!
