Low-risk criminal? Since last time I check drunk drivers kill thousands of people on the roads annually. They are in my opinion the most dangerous criminals since completely random and innocent people get killed and injured by them. I have read about "accident" which have lead to 4-5 casualties just because some stupid dude thought he was sober enough to drive home. Would you like drunk people driving around in your neighbourhood or even around your children if you have any?

Get away is exactly what she did. Sitting at home in a gigantic mansion isn't something I consider punishment. The reason that took got her out of jail is pretty stupid, I mean who doesn't break down in jail.

I can guarantee you that if an average joe like me got busted for driving under the influence twise, I would without a doubt have been locked up for 45 days, or even a few months. Paris got away thanks to a good team of lawyers just like any celeb with a deep pocket. It pisses me off because she endangered the society, not only once but twise and should be punished for it.

Yes, ask any lawyer. She was classified as a low-risk criminal because she was not busted for armed robbery or any sort of homicide. Those types of crimes get you a high-risk tab. Sadly, DUIs do not. Therefore, she is a low security/society risk. That does not mean she isn't dangerous, but the system classified her as low-risk.

Her lawyers were not able to keep her out of jail and preserve her clean criminal record. As expected, she got out early because the prison system is overcrowded. Luw, even if you were busted for two offenses, you probably will not serve your entire sentence in California. There are jailbirds not named Paris that are let out within a matter of days.

I'm not defending her because I hate her and the concept of celebrity in general. I hope she gets out and gets into another train wreck that there is no coming back from. In fact, I am hoping she doesn't learn her lesson from going to prison. Had she stayed for the full term, she might learn and make some changes to her life. However, I don't think her money really had too much to do with her getting away early.

Yeah, I know that she legally is a low-risk criminal. The US has some of the world most notorious sentences. I saw a docummentary a few months ago where they showed people who got rediculus sentences for very minor crimes. If you are a first time felon you can get away pretty easy, but if you violate probabation you're definetly going to serve your time. Sure there are those who get out eariler but not after three days. I hope the mess up big time but so severe that her fathers team of lawyers cannot save her.

She's a celebrity with money. No surprise there. Us mortals would not be able to get out that easily.

Great news!!!! 10 mintues ago I read an article on the net that the judge didn't approveof her getting released and that he was as surprised as anyone else that she was back on the streets.

She isn't back in jail yet. She has been ordered back to court and the judge wants to review her release.
