Nice to see you have GCZ on the screen when you take the photo. The laptop looks stylish and thank god it isn't one of those i-mac things. BTW, that shirt in the background, is that fron your high school days?

Thanks heaps mate Both shirts looks extremely comfortable and very stylish, they don't look like they require ironing, or do they? I prefer the white one so I can have a greater contrast between the shirt and my suit. Do you think you can wear them for casual events as well as for work?

Monster - yes that shirt is from my highschool days... my best mate wrote future neurosurgeon on the shirt and i have always used it as inspiration during those difficult times...

The shirts are a bitch to iron... but once they are ironed they look great and I just send mine to get dry cleaned and iron at work for no charge now so i'm lucky

Yeh, the white one looks great I have 3 of them now and wear them to work most of the time when i need to... haven't been to work for a week now I'm on holidays before I start my new job in 4 days... (even though all that paper is work realted. On holiday and I'm still doing paper work, they don't prepare you for this in med school!)

They can be worn casually with a nice pair of jeans... looks very swish... i recommend the shirts for going out to dinner with a lovely young lady etc. Not really for the party scene

Have you recieved your suit yet???

Thats great to hear . I still got mine, but I guess we were far less mature than you guys back in high school. There were all sorts of stuff written on my shirt that cannot be said on this forum

How many more years will it add to the course if paperwork is included as a subject?

That will do for me, as for the young lady, still working on capturing one.

Suit will be ready on the 9th Jan, the tailor spent 2 hours trimming it to suit my body shape. He told me I am one of the very few people who has required so much adjustments. I have wide shoulders but I am not that tall, that is the problem.

At the wesley hospital we have a free of charge laundry service which is very helpful as it gives us just a litl more free time... And we are expected to wear a suit most days of the wek so it would be a real hassl without that in place

I finished my course, thats just real-work paper work, Patient consultation records and pre-op analysis. Alot goes into preparing for a operation, especially trying to learn to memory the intricate parts of a patients brain I will be passing with the intruments.

I remember when I got my last suit tailored. The lady sizing me up was absolutely drop dead gorgeous. Was a great experience. Can't wait for pics I think I'll need a new suit when i start practising
