The Z4 Is beginning 2 look sweeet.....Is that the X-3 OR Future X-1 ?

The Z4 has really sweet proportions... regarding the X1/X3, I think only Eni knows the difference

I totally agree man, the proportions of the Z4 are awesome. As for what Eni knows, lets not forget the Marketing guru aka Scott.

I just remembered another thread about the X1/X3 where no one seemed to get the difference and Eni came to the rescue after some mockery.

Yea, definitley looks larger than expected...Might just be the X-3 Being tested...

It's definitely an X1.

The key differentiating points (X1 vs X3):

• Proportions: X1 looks very stretched - long looking body with looong & low hood, while X3 is more boxy - shorter looking body & shorter & higher hood.

• Tail lights: X3 still feature that provisional round LED tail lights all BMW prototypes feature initially.

• Grille: X3 has that typical extra air intake - between the kidneys and license plate holder, while X! has no such feature.

• Tailgate window: steeper on X1 than on X3 - also the complete rear is higher on X3.

• Rear door: X1 features that fake camo swoosh on the rear door, while X3 doesn't.

• Wheel arches: more squarish on X1, more rounded on X3.

Btw, X1 looks big due its SAV shape - while proportions are stretched, and the hood looks very long - although the car is not tall at all. Yet it only seems so when compared with Z4 which is a sports car - and being extremely low by nature.
