| OT: That TT Shooting Brake is so much hotter than the Coupe. I'd love to have seen that bodyshell released for the TT-RS. On Topic: I think a coupe can very much have four dours in the CLS or RX-8 idiom. I've always said it, a coupe is more about the silhouette and relation of DLO to sheetmetal ratios than the number of apetures. That said, a five door coupe is technically not a coupe in my eyes - it is rather a fastback. The X6 is a good example of what is, distinctly, not a coupe. It's too high, it has a fastback sloping rear hatch and a non-existent boot extension. A Porsche Panamera could more plausibly pull off the four-door coupe label if need be, even though it is more of a shooting break, fastback traditionally speaking. Whenever I see a CLS, I instantly think: "Four door coupe". When I see an X6, I go "SUV fastback". The most classical coupe attribute is that it must be low and sleek but with a high belt-line and the X6 falls short in two of those characteristics. BMW's GT 6 will be a far more credible four door coupe if it ends up like we're lead to believe.

| Do we have any new info about what car would be? 6er GT or 7er GT?. I wouldn´t sound logically to me that BMW produces both of them. |
