Thought it would be cool for those of us looking for new material of superior quality out there could to start a thread where we can share some of our favorite artists and get opinions from others.

At the moment i'm trying to stay away from Generic stuff and dig more and more into electronica, it's not a widely commercialized genere here in the states (makes it just that much cooler) and only a few local stations play it. There are several CD's I'm considering for purchase soon; "Massive Attack - Collected", "Andy Caldwell - Universal Truth", "Zero 7 - The Garden", and "Down to the Bone - Spread Love Like Wildfire".

Ooh...I am a big fan of both Massive Attack and Zero 7. Nice, you can't go wrong with 'The Garden' - I really like it. I personally think 'Simple Things' is better, but it's up to you.

I'm currently in the phase of searching for CD's from Bob Dylan, The Beatles, Queen and David Bowie. Mightily difficult, I must say - especially trying to rat out some of their earlier works.
