Carbon fiber rims!!! Hell yeah. Although, I would be hesitant of them cracking with too low a profile tire and some uneven road surface. But 6.6lbs weight reduction per wheel (over magnesium wheels!) is just too good to pass up. Also, I love how the doors open on this car.

While it's an amazing car, I would rather have the Pagani Zonda F Roadster, even if it's slower. The Zonda is going to be more than fast enough. This car is just ugly and awkward looking for many angles. The bespoke quality and presence of the Zonda is unmatched. It's the perfect supercar. I feel like this car tries too hard.

Re: Koenigsegg CCX - 806 cv . 395km/h - 02-25-2006, 11:25 AM

The official data are escapes, and the answer is: "Not, Koenigsegg CCX does not strike the Veyron", at least as far as the maximum speed.
Koenigsegg declares a speed max of "beyond 395 km/h" (407 for the Bugatti), while the acceleration from 0-100 km/h demands 3,2 second ones. Strange E' the data of the acceleration, why the CCX hung only 1,180 kg, while the motor 4,6 cv and 920 V8 has 806 Nm, therefore the relationship peso/potenza would be the much most favorable one of the Veyron.

Okay, now I get it. The engine output is the same as the CCR, but it is impressive in that they have made the engine completely compliant with California emissions standards and able to run on 91 octane crappy American fuel and still retain its major horsepower output. I am more satisfied with no increase in power given this information.
