2010 Range Rover or 2010 Porsche Cayenne

Hey guys, I know some of you have soem good info on new releases. Anyway, I was wonderign if any of you knew anything about a possible refresh for the Range Rover Sport with the new 5.0 supercharged 500HP engine and also if you had any pics or specs on new features and prices and also the 2010 Porsche Cayenne. Does any of you htink it would be soemthing I would regrwet if I got an 09 Porsche cayenne GTS and then the new 2010 Cayenne comes out? I dont want to regret anything or lose out on any performance upgrades or technologies. Please let me know. Thnaks in advance.

I'm not too sure sorry, But I'm sure there won't be a new RR sport for a while because of the TaTa take over.

As it seems the RR will be facelifted later this year. As for the Cayenne it's a bit unclear when the new generation will hit the market but it should be in 2-3 years. Therefor I advise you to go ahead and by the GTS now.

I heard Porsche is coming out with and all new Navigation system with touch screen. The current Nav (they call it PCM) is a complete fiasco. I just bought the GTS six speed, I absolutely love the car but the Nav is a joke. Good thing I don't mind getting lost in this baby.

Yes, I have seen that illustration before and yes it does look refreshing and good. I heard that the RRSport is coming out later in 09 with a 5.0 supercharged engine not exactly sure if any new feautres will be present butit will be a monster with 500HP. I am deliberating which to egt or wait for. Besides the 2010 Cayenne will also be released in later 09. If I get the GTS it wont be until another 6 months anyway.

How is the Air Suspension set up around corners and under heavy accelerate and braking? also, how do yo ufeel about the X6 5.0 0-60 in 5.3 secs? I have sure the 5.7 or 6.1 is hella fun and fast enough. Let me knwo your thoughts.

The new Cayenne will by not be a 2010 model. Yea 2009 is all about the Panamera. Expect the new Cayenne to be an 2011 or 2012 models, so don't hold your breath anticipating to pick on up at your dealer at the end of next year.

That is true about the Panamera but I heard rumors. If you go to Edmunds.com and search it you will find it or even google it and you will see the new renderings.

The Cayenne facelift is pretty dramatic featuring new bumpers, direct injection and modified bumpers. It was presented in December 2006 and facelifts always last 3-4 years. So a new Cayenne will at the earliest hit show room floors in spring 2010, so there is a chance that it will be 2010 but in quite many cases a facelift stretches to 3.5-4 years so it might not be presented until autumn 2010 making it a 2011 model.
