The Cayenne facelift is pretty dramatic featuring new bumpers, direct injection and modified bumpers. It was presented in December 2006 and facelifts always last 3-4 years. So a new Cayenne will at the earliest hit show room floors in spring 2010, so there is a chance that it will be 2010 but in quite many cases a facelift stretches to 3.5-4 years so it might not be presented until autumn 2010 making it a 2011 model.
