| Autodelta’s 405BHP supercharged Alfa GT Coupe -
05-03-2007, 05:20 PM
London tuning house Autodelta has revealed its 405bhp supercharged Alfa GT Coupe, a car that’s set to make its debut at the Brooklands Italian car fair in the UK later this month. Based on Afla’s stylish GT coupe, Autodelta engineers have added a small Rotrex C38-81 centrifugal supercharger to the car’s larger displacement 3.7L V6 resulting in a max output of 405bhp and 508Nm of torque.
In addition to the new supercharger, Autodelta has installed a new radiator and oil-cooler as well as a custom exhaust system with quad tailpipes finished in chrome. A new bumper with larger air-intakes has also been fitted for additional cooling of the engine, with a set of 19in OZ racing wheels shod with Dunlop SP Maxx Sport tires rounding out the list of mods.
Autodelta will also be presenting its 348bhp supercharged Brera J5 3.2 C, unveiled last autumn, as well as the less powerful Autodelta GT 3.2 Super and Evo editions, 147 GTA AM 3.2 Super and 147 GTA AM 3.7 Super. | | | | | Fanatic

From styling POV, there is a hint of the new A5 in this car. And actually I think the design of this car is much better despite it having a longer front overhang. | | | | | Aficionado

I don't see any A5 in this car, but 405hp only in the front wheels mean a lot of understeer.... | | | | | GCZ's High Court

Q4 is Alfa's designation for their AWD system. The 3.2 and 2.4 JTD versions of the 159 and the 3.2 Brera and Spider come with Q4 all wheel drive as standard, at least up here. | | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
