Here it is!! The new Maserati Coupe, GranTurismo. Don't know what to say about at the moment. It looks fairly busy and over designed but I think I'll probably appretiate it after having seen a whole gang of pictures. That's what the case has been like with the latest Ferraris. First you hate them, then you accept them and at last you love them. This Italian hunk probably looks stunning in black, IRL. As for the specs, the car is rocking a 405hp 4.2L V8, which is rather dissapointing. Pricewise it will likely set you back 100 000 euro just like the R8 and V8 Vantage, though the backseat suggest that it is bigger than a Vantage, CL size maybe? Anyhow the press release should be out in a matter of days.

is this official? I think it looks pretty good but would need to see it to make final judgment.

Coming from the horse's mouth it is based on a shortened version of the Quattroporte. Press release from Maserati should be issued in a matter of hours.
