  | MINI is a bit of a boutique brand. With that that means their cars are a bit of a novelty, not a necessity by any means. Unless of course you buy the most basic version of any variant and forgo the customization process a MINI purchase is known for. So there is plenty room for a Clubman as these cars are all an acquired taste to begin with The Crossover will no doubt outsell the Clubman probably almost immediately and I'm sure MINI is well aware of this, and if this was foreseen to be a huge problem they would have bypassed the R60 project altogether. In other words the Clubman was never meant to be a volume car, the R60 is. |
