I think I was 5 years old when I knew what a BMW was... I asked for a model of an E30 as a birthday present. Yes, I specified what MODEL I wanted when I was that young haha. By the time I was 8 years old, I knew I wanted to work for BMW even though at that point, I didn't understand what an engineer is. By the time I was 18, I was already interning for BMW. By the age of 23, I am now a BMW employee. And I also drive a 328i and have an ///M wallet, hahaha.

I'm sure there are other people like me on GCZ. And I have to say that the internet and forums have a huge part in all this. So maybe in 60 years, there will be even bigger enthusiast than this man
You should seriously write to BMW Magazin, show them this story about Masao and his love for Mercedes and ask them to send over an interview team to your place. Seriously.

Haha I don't think I'd take it that far, as I'm sure there is someone out there that can totally beat me. Maybe in 50 years I'll have a chance. What you have to realize is that BMW have a ridiculous following. I've seen a guy on the internet with a giant roundel tattoo on his chest, haha.

Not many car brands have this kind of religious following.

You should also consider yourself an MB veteran! Tested tons of MB plus you have over 10k posts

I think we can safely say that when it comes to people like that, both BMW and MB are way the top above everyone else.

One of these days, one of these days I'll hopefully be in an MB magazine.

I think i might have too be from Japan or USA too have any pleasure off reading a article on a "classic Toy..exus". Jaguar was seen as a cheap car compared too Mercedes Benz in the 60 and 70`s,and BMW did not even have a real luxery sedan, and if anyone should mean they did where did they hide it?
