According to the latest product popularity survey conducted by Superbrands in the UK for the 2008/2009 period, Mercedes-Benz was declared the leading automotive manufacturer in the United Kingdom. It has scored a 92.73% index and an impressive 3rd position out of 500, ahead of BMW, on 7th, and behind Microsoft, which was ranked 2nd, and the big winner, Google.
