I'm writing from Turkey. A Mercedes Benz dealer said to me that 7g tronic will be available for 4 cylinder engines so far. I have planned to buy a c 220 cdi with 5 speed but now I will be waiting. Is it possible do you know anything about this situation ? According to this sittuation I will order or wait new w204 c220 cdi.

Regards

Yiğit
I have not heard anything about this. It is theoretically possible that MB might do this in the future to extract the maximum efficiency out of these engines, but there has been no official word on the subject yet.

Stick around GermanCarZone and you will find out soon though. We get all the latest news on German cars here first.
