I can tell you my favorite Mercedes of every model year since the eighties!!! 1986 - W124 300E 1987 - W124 300E 1988 - W124 300CE (still get teary eyed remembering when I first saw one) 1989 - C126 560SEC 1990 - R129 500SL 1991 - R129 500SL 1992 - W140 S600 1993 - R129 SL600 1994 - W124 E500 (likely my favorite Benz of all time!) 1995 - W124 E320 Cabriolet 1996 - R129 SL500 1997 - R129 SL500 1998 - R129 SL500 1999 - R129 SL500 2000 - C215 CL500 2001 - C215 CL600 2002 - C215 CL55 AMG 2003 - R230 SL55 AMG 2004 - R230 SL55 AMG 2005 - R230 SL55 AMG 2006 - C219 CLS55 AMG 2007 - R230 SL55 AMG Note: The CL63, S63, CLK63 Black Series and SLR Roadster are all 2008 models here in the U.S. so I don't have to make that decision until next year! Mercedes CLS 55 AMG (I prefer the rims over those of the 63 AMG actually)  Unbelievably sexy car, contains typical Mercedes elements combined with a modern sportiness, previously found only on Bimmers. Runner-up: Mercedes-McLaren SLR (not the limited edition), in silvery grey with red leather interior |

Nice, usable interior appointments and proportions The best V8 engine in the world at present Great dyamics for a big, heavy SUV. But mainly because it's almost vulgar and unnecessary - a real "up-yours" of a motoring statement.

| Re: MB Fans - What's your favorite Current Benz? I was between C , CL and SLK. Tough choice but at the end i will go with CL cause it offers the ultimate in luxury , prestige and it's one of the most beautiful coupes out there.
