Ok, I just have to post the JD power report of the ML-Class, because the ML is doing quit well. I didn`t expect to see results this good and thay have never looked better for the ML since it`s debut back in 1998.

Btw if your a fan of the pre-f/l ML63s` body kit, the 2008 ML550 can be had with that exact AMG kit.

I was scared to look at the results, but they aren't as bad as I thought. Amazingly its "predicted reliability" is better than the S-Class. WTH?

Im thinking the owners are basing the W221s` reliability on the W220 S-Class.

The W220 is really bad in it`s first year.

I think the category of "predicted reliability" is such BS. Lexus has been having some problems lately and their cars are still rated as reliable based on predicted reliability? Come on, get rid of that crap categorization, JD Power.

Yep it's clearly a stupid category. The M-class has better predicted reliability then the S-class.

Powertrain Quality Design: Taken from the Initial Quality Study (IQS), which looks at owner-reported problems in the first 90 days of new-vehicle ownership, this score is based on problems with the engine or transmission as well as problems that affect the driving experience (i.e., ride smoothness, responsiveness of the steering system and brakes, and handling/stability).

So what does "design" have to do with it?
