What happened with the 'L Finnesse' bullshit lexus was spewing just a couple of years ago and the fancy new INDEPENDENT design studio they were on about to separate themselves from Toyota. Hussein, would you have any insight into how a lot of these manufacturers actually operate their design studios. They supposedly have some of the best designers in the WORLD, yet they constantly spew out rubbish. What the hell is going on in there? | Re: 2010 Lexus RX leaked! I can somewhat stand the exterior, it's an evolution of the current RX with some details from other new Lexus models (LS, IS facelift), but the interior is too weird for my taste. |

| Re: 2010 Lexus RX leaked! It's honestly too bad that this thing looks that awful, because it certainly is an excellent vehicle. I don't get why Lexus doesn't manage to make a proper design though. I thought, with the IS250 and new LS460, that they were about to get their act together and add some design and emotion to their car. I was completely wrong it seems. I don't like Lexus, but recognize the value of their car. Why don't they put more effort in the design department? They seem only to care about engineering...while their latest cars have lost a lot in that department too... Well it's very good news for our beloved German trio...

| Re: 2010 Lexus RX leaked! The correct way to say it is that some American consumers are idiots. In truth a lot of buyers don't care about design or styling or simply put how a car "looks". They care about price, quality, reliability, space etc. These are the reasons why the RX has been and will be a hit again for 2010 model. Hell this is why Toyota itself is so big now. People who like design/style/looks don't shop Toyota unless they have no taste and think a Toyota or Lexus is a good looking car to begin with. Such a consumer (not enthusiast) wouldn't be confortable behind the wheel or a much more stylish car. M
