Re: Lamborghini Miura

I don't like the old one, same with this one. I was expecting some of new lambo's design elements to be there.. it's a shame!

Re: Lamborghini Miura

What a sweet car! Somewhat of a retro design, but modern at the same time, Italian elegance/sportiness at its best. Nice work Mr. de' Silva!

Re: Lamborghini Miura

It's okay, not amazing or breathtaking but not ugly either.

I totally agree with you Yannis.

But this new design also completely lacks the sensualness of the original one - it lacks the passion - which isn't really all that ironic now that VAG are in charge - I would still rather have the original.

Re: Lamborghini Miura

im pretty disappointed, it's too retro and the design language is random that it doesnt echo with the rest of the line.

Re: Lamborghini Miura

I was just looking at the photos of this in the latest R&T mag and I thought wow that looks nice. As soon as i come back on my computer and log on here it is.

I really like it, awsome and retro. NOThing can be TOO retro.

I agree with your Roberto, it doesn't seem to have the same charm that the Miura had. it just seems a bit too clinical if you know what I mean.
Overall, I don't really like it and I hope that they don't put it into production. It just doesn't fit with the current Lambo range, which are edgy and sharp. This would be like the black sheep fo the family.

Re: Lamborghini Miura

Retro cars are the latest fashion in US, look at Ford GT, Mustang, Charger ect. It seems Lambo wants to take advantage of the trend by producing the reincarnation of the Miura for the 21st century. Problem is i 'd rather see a more up to date and futuristic design than a deja vu one.
