but can anyone of you 2 show me what engine MB has in S class that the competition outgunns? not only in output ( but you can start there)

but i can say this
S600
S500
S420 Cdi
S65
S63

are all killing the competition or dont have any..
that leaves the S450 and 350 wich i belive at their worst are equall if not better..

so i guess it time to get sure

The S-Class is new
Both the 7-Series and A8 has only Facelift..
So 8 points after the winner (In Audi's case) isn't bad at all!
When the new A8 comes it will set the standard for the luxury class

You might want to go to previous page and see that 745d is more powerful (and has more torque as well) than your beloved S 420 CDI.

Unfortunately (for the BMW) that does not equal more refinement or acceleration.

I wonder what Mercedes is conjuring up at-the-moment for a performance diesel, I know Audi engineers must be really antsy to get that glorious V12 TDI in their flagship.
