If AMS like the comfort so much they should have placed the 997TT on first place and not the M6.
However I see that M6 scored better than 997TT in seat comfort front and back and suspension (beladen) same points to TT as M6. Total score in driving comfort (Fahrcomfort) for M6 is 78 p and 72 p to TT.

I don't quite get them either, but they said the Porsche is slightly more comfy than the BMW. Both are obviously ahead of the ZO6 and Gallardo in that field, but the BMW wins in overall comfort because it has the larger interior space according to AMS.
Don't focus too much on comfort. None of these cars here is in Maybach territory when it comes to comfort.
