I was just wondering, how would everyone rate these vehicles from one through five, for both the exterior and interior designs.

Lexus build quality is also overrated. People assume that just because they're reliable, they're "well built" as well. There's a big difference between reliability and build quality. Lexus are well-built cars, no doubt, but the competition builds good cars as well.

I'm not a fan of Lexus, but my fiance has a 2002 LX470, and she hasn't had as much as a bulb changed!

I grant you how can any of us make claims against new vehicles without talking about previous model's! In regards to your "Cefiro" I've never heard of it, and I was under the impression we were discussing Lexus not Nissan!?

The Nissan Cefiro was a Nissan Maxima. They just used the name Cefiro for different markets. Anyway, that was supposed to be an example of how a car can be reliable, yet have poor build quality. At one point, one of the wipers was thrown off while in motion at high speed on the highway.

No one denies that Lexus are reliable cars, because they are. And they're also built well, but the true test of build quality comes with age. How long will the car last?

Right now, we can't really claim that anyone of the cars here has good build quality since they're all new. However, and there is no doubt in my mind about this, all of them are well built.

The next time i make a comparsion with mulitiple vehicles i'll add the one through five rating in there.
