I didn't mean to demean the Turbo, coz its driving characteristics and its relatively light weight make the power it has enough for me. I find the Carrera S to have more than adequate power, but the potential of the Turbo is not nearly approached. It COULD have more power without sacrificing driving dynamics, handling etc.

Well you know that the current 997 Turbo isn't the last word in the generation. Porsche has plenty more in store for this model and further variants to come.

The M6 realy competes with Carrera S around the track however it may be able to keep up with the turbo on the auto bahn I would guess and even out do it in to speed.

M6 here and there, the 997TT gets beaten by the new Z06 so yes its underpowered compared to the competition.

and a Gt3 more comfortable than a M6? the 996 GT3 isnt nearly as comfortable as the M6 (personal experience) and I dont think 997GT3 is more comfortable than the new M6 and also a GT3 isnt comfortable as a 911 Turbo. GT3 is more of a trackcar than the Turbo.

Imo, i think it's a bit silly even to talk about some comfort in Porsche...

Well the M6 beating or keeping up with the 997TT in high speeds isn't a mystery. At high speeds HP i almost the only thing which counts and the M6 has a 26hp advantage.

Well the M6 is heavy. But the combination between the S85 engine and SMG III is fantastic, and only a deristricted version can show what the car can do.
But again, it's no Porsche Turbo competitor.

After some more thought, I sorta expected a bigger thrashing by the 997TT... kudos to both I guess.
