I dont know these car at all, and i chose SAAB just on appearance alone.

A vote for the Caddy. The Vectra used to be a fine enough family sedan but IMO they ruined it with the facelift... there's something really cheap about the way it looks. The 9-3, while a million times better than its predecessor, is not special enough to be a Saab. What's left is the BLS, and while its a cynical marketing ploy and hardly true to brand heritage (a Cadillac available with a 1.9-liter diesel???), it still would be my choice. At least I'd stand out of the crowd.

Do you think the 9 5 is a special Saab? I dont like the 95 very much and not at all since facelift *urk*

I chose the BLS as well, mainly because it stands out from the crowd, and looks a bit different! Also it's a Caddy, with all the image that goes with that!

Hell no. GM never knew what to do with Saab, they seem to think people will buy anything if you give it the right badge.

Now if GM made that amazing concept car they showd at Geneva, now that would be a special car!

I really like the looks of the Vectra after the face-lift.




The Vectra looks "cheap", because it is cheap.

I almost bought a 9-3 vector a few years ago. It was a lot of fun to drive actually (more so than my S60), suspension settings were just right. I loved it and would recommend it to anyone looking for a car in the compact luxury class. The turbo spool is completely audible, a very much appreciated feature.
