The Jag does well in competing with it's German competitors, more specifically the 530d.

The Jag is very appelling but I dont like the engine. Put the BMW engine and we have a winner. Nontheless, I vote for Jaguar (again for the second time).

The 275 hp diesel engine is just about 2000 or 3000 € more expensive…so I would definitely go for that one! And then I would have a clear winner here…

Have you gotten a chance to test drive the Jaguar?

BTW, anyone know of any Jaguar events in the states? I would like to test drive this thing with out the "dealership experience".

To be honest, never ever. Not exactly many Jaguar dealers here in Sweden. I have only sit inside Jaguar XFR in an autoshow.

I missed this one. I've only seen 5-serie win over the new E-class in Automotorsport. Are U sure its not Automotorsport you think of?

Lol...I wish I could. For some reason Jaguar always locks their cars at our autoshow. Well actually I got a chance to hope in a regular XF when they forgot to lock the door, but never the XFR.

Thanksfully BMW, Mercedes, Lexus and Infiniti keep their doors open so you can actually get inside the vehicle.

The Jaguar interior is nice, but can seem dull to some especially when compared to BMW and Mercedes. On the other hand it is very elegant.
