Yeah I see now. Weird because the way they present the results and do not comment makes it look like the S class won, by lining them up at the end and showing the S class having the shortest distance to stopping.

The reason why the X6 won is because the car has a higher load and toe capacity than the S-Class and therefore has very strong brakes. Other SUVs should have comparable brake distances, but nevertheless the car danced through the cones in a pretty manner. So it gets a thumb up from me.

In Drivers Republic big SUV comparison , they were mighty impressed by the brakes on X6. They said it was the best brakes they ever tried on a BMW.
It's obvious the X6 is gifted with some impressive brakes that makes many other cars jelous.
The brakes on X6M is going to be bloody brilliant.
