For your information I've own several japanese cars and Volkswagen. My babybimmer is my eleventh car and eight of them been different carbrands.
Sony, dont give me the bias thing, you have your bias too si dont think you are a saint
If you take my posts this seriosly, then you need a brake from here or put all biased persons on the ignore list, I'm sure the ignore list would be long.
Are you sure you really want to continue discussing bias in this thread? Amazing what one single post can do to a thread.

I really don't understand why Mercedes didn't combine these two: E220 CDI + 7Gtronic. My guess is that they want to keep the 7Gtronic available only with the higher-end models - which is pretty silly since these days fuel economy is very important and it would also make the E220 CDI a much better car overall.

This is the new engine, which I have no experienced yet. If I ever drive it I would like to experience its character.
MB is currently increasing significantly the production capacity of the 7G, so we may see it making it to the 4 cylinders E-Class soon...

The E250cdi Blutec Vision is a 7G, too, BTW...

Good news. The lower-end models badly need this transmission for the sake of competitiveness in fuel efficiency (and performance).

I'm surprised they didn't like the refinement of the E220 CDI. When it first came out AMS was all over it, and now they're criticizing it. Makes me want to experience the car even more!

Oh cīmon, donīt take it that seriously, I donīt want you to dislike me, itīs just that I am really bored of the typicall atack messages followed by a few smiles, and the way the things happen usually.

I am convinced I say good thing about every brand on this forum, and Iīve always liked more BMW than Mercedes, but even with that now that Iīm not very proud of what BMW is doing I like one thing about them, one thing about Audi... And so on. And itīs a bit anoying for me yo read always the same comments.

But sorry mate if you have take it so seriously
