Both such beautiful cars!

But standard a5 against a E500 AMg coupe?

Should of used a s-line A5 in white like this

I 'm not a big fan of that front design.

Maybe it's the red color that ruins it , i don't know...

I'm not a fan of the rear design!! Saw a C207 on the Autobahn and I don't like it…

I'm not sold on the E-Coupe. Looks heavy from some angles, even with these 18".

And that third window is totally ruining the car for me. Such a compromised solution... I only see that detail from the side, painful.
Why not integrating it in the design, like my SLC, or making the rear windows fixed like the W208?

BTW, in the article, they basically say that the car looks better than the Audi who looks old next to it, that it is an aerodynamic-record holder, that its interior is not on-par with the Audi's in terms of design, that it lacks a rear armrest, and that it's roomier in the back than the Audi.

And that it is derived from the E-Class, which is not true AFAIK (but not completely false as many elements are shared between C and E-Class).

I feel the exact contrary than AB: The Audi looks better, but its interior is just poor...

I saw one in Stuttgart on Sunday, it was a Wekswagen, and I didn't notice the third window . IRL the car looks much better than in pics.

Yeah. But I, as a perfectionist, will only look at it, and hence only see it. I can be very nitpicking. And those solutions don't fit with my image of what a Mercedes-Benz should be (but isn't any more since ages, I know).

I still can't get over it. That and the double-fogs. Just silly.

Especially when the windows are down - it looks wrong!! A fixed "rear" window, like the E92 or the A5 is much better and don't destroy the harmonise design…well…but mercifully there are different car maker and so everyone can purchase the car, he really likes and loves…!

The Audi is more design than decoration while the Merc is an insecure woman compensating for her lack in beauty by wearing way too much make-up. AMG kit always enhance the visual appearance of the car but with the E-Coupe the effect is the opposite. I'm not saying the car is ugly, the profile is gorgeous but the designer did make some critical mistakes in designing the tail lights and the front end. When spotted on the road I always look twice at the S5, it's such a stunning design. It's the Bentley Brooklands of Germany but about ten times cheaper. The car is soooooooooooooooo my taste it's unbelievable, I see myself in it. Possessing grace and simplicity, the Audi has what the Merc is missing.
