Panamera is one or two steps higher, compared with the Estoque and rapide. How I see it, both also are coming from different directions - Porsche is begining with a sports car and turning it to a sport saloon, while Audi is begining with a sedan and making it sleeker and sportier. This is IMO evedent in the design, and as I think we'll see, also in the handeling. Different approach to the same idea. |

![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Poll (exterior looks only): A7 vs Panamera The A7 Concept looks superb in my opinion, although I'll admit to having had reservations about the styling of the rear of the car. However, the more I refer back to pictures of the original 100 Coupé S I can see where they're coming from and this element of the design is growing on me and beginning to make sense. I think it'll be a tremendous success when it goes into production. Whilst the overall styling retains some of the more obvious and established Audi design cues, there's clearly an evolution going on here with a sharper, fresher look beginning to emerge. In contrast the Panamera looks, to me, like a 911 trying to fight its way out of a 'Bubbles DeVere' fat suit. I love Porsches but I'm struggling to like this one. A7 ![]()

I exaggerate, A7 has potential, not just in it's current form with disproportionately large wheels and over done grill and headlights. Even Panamera has it's good angles, as long as the JLo backside stays hidden. Having said that, VW CC is far better looking than either. |
