In my non-biased opinion, the Mercedes C-Class is also a very well-balanced car. Many reviews have stated this.

But of course if the emphasis is on sport then the 3er and A4 will usually be ahead.

All three (A4,C-lass,e90) are damn fine cars. Germans finest. It's the small details that determine which one you buy.
3-series is BMW's best selling car and always will be.
In my non-biased opinion, Audi A4 is the best value.
