new unit will be put in sale with 250 cdi ...

I saw one yesterday at my dealer. It looks good... I can't say I was blown away by it. I didn't get to sit in it, but from what I saw in the interior, I don't really like it. I feel it is a very disfunctional design with shapes and angles going all over the place.

Ever since I moved to Munich and didn't have an Internet connection I have lost a huge amount of touch with what's going on and new in the automotive world and at Mercedes - and I have not bothered reading up on it. I'm so busy these days with drawing and photographing and finishing homework that when I have free time I rarely spend it reading about the newest Mercedes etc. I know, I sound like I have given up my passion but that isn't the case!

I've driven it countless times and it is pretty decent in terms of overall refinement and power delivery. But according to the latest reviews it needs to be replaced because the Audi and BMW engines that compete with it are newer and better.
