So, just came back from university and bought this:












and the WINNER is:

1. BMW 730d
2. Audi A8 3.0 TDI
3. Mercedes S 320 CDI
4. Volkswagen Phaeton V6 TDI
5. Jaguar XJ6 2.7 D





Maybe Christian (cawimmer) is able to give a short translation!!



Damn I love this Jag!! My absolutely favourite here. Would choose this car - definitely…

Sat in the new 730d today - great car and love the interior…but not as I love the Jag.

I guess it's a first blood for the F01. I expected the S-class to lose the engine battle, they have yet to catch up with Audi and BMW in the diesel department.

The F01 is easily the best car here. Best looking (IMO), best engine, best
handling, best performance. Most economical and environmentally friendly.

The A8, despite it's age still impresses though !

The S needs the FL ASAP! They need to take car of the lower part of the center console. IMO it looks so cheap


Look at the picture of the F01 in front of the bunch - Just beautiful

Sarah Palin is pretty hot for a MILF.

What I find strange is that the S-Class had the worst driving dynamics (getting beat by the Phaeton too) in this comparison. Most of the time the S-Class outperforms the Phaeton and Jaguar in this department, and here it receives poor marks. I am wondering why. Need to read the article.
