Haven't posted anything meaningful in a while. I think this is an interesting question about which modern sporty Benz is your favourite. I've excluded any convertible versions of these cars. I'm not going to list specifications as I'm sure most here know a thing or two about these cars already. Just tell me which one you like the most, and explain WHY......

The choices are:

1) SLR McLaren 722 Edition


2) CLK DTM AMG


3) SL 65 AMG Black Series


4) CLK 63 AMG Black Series


5) SLK 55 AMG Black Series

All those are fine examples but it would have to be the Evo II for me.

Out of the ones listed I would pick the SL65 Black Series.

The Evo II would be great.

Of any sporty Benz ever produced, alloy body Gullwing

Out of the ones listed and for the moment I'd have to go with the CLK63 Black Series. I'll have to see how the SL65 Black Series drives. After that it would be the CLK DTM.

SLR 722 for me please

Choose between CLK B/S and DTM! I decided for the DTM! There is sth special about this car. Saw the Convertible version in reality and I absolutely fall in love with it.

Give me the DTM amg..its just nutts.. and it sits one place above the BS cars..

I second that Marucs. I've seen all cars except the SL BS. Saw a red CLK BS last week. OMG what a car, the styling is very typically AMG, sporty but very tasteful. You guys should hear the exhaust note on that car even from a slow rolling start you heard a thundering roar. What an amazing car, the E63 sounds nothing like it. IMO it's the most handsome AMG on the market. Absolutely perfectly executed. Very handsome sports car.

For the 722 i don't give a rats @$$ about!
