The BMW X6 is like a Mercedes CLS. If you want the practical version you go for a BMW X5 / MB E-Class but if you want to ride in a car that looks sleeker, more dynamic and sporty you take the X6 / CLS over the X5 / E-Class.

That's the way I see it.

Sure the X6 sounds sweet in that article and it will when it`s not being put up to some tight competition. Lets face the facts and get real with our selves.

In my book the X6 is till on top since all we got is one comparison saying something else. And that is an American article - values differ. Infinity being a great example. So, lets face it and get real with ourselves...

X6 on paper doesn´t make any sense IMO..but,when you see it for the first time in person(like I did 2 months ago on ZG Auto Show) you begin to see its purpose..and its beauty..and power..

Well, here is one fact - X6 has better slalom and skid pad numbers than most, if not all, non-AMG mercs, yup even 2 door sports cars like SLK 350. So yup, let us get real.

With 10 inch wide tires (vette territory), lets see it get those numbers with 8 inchers.

Oh, so it is BMW's fault MB doesn't put adequate rubber on it's cars? How stupid of BMW that it actually it's cars to turn well.

In order actually prove that the cars would have to be tested on the same day under the same conditions.. Even if you want to compare it to the SLK..
But then again what does the SLK have to do with an All-Wheel drive hybred
that weights 800-to 1000lbs more and has 4-doors.
