I still don't believe this a real ad done by BMW. The first part is from a current Mercedes ad, whereas the M3 driving scenes are from the initial press content. 2 different drivers, no real continuity between these two parts.
--> Nothing done on behalf of BMW, just a BMW fan mixing BMW and Mercedes videos. Besides that it's said to run on German TV, but I never saw that one.

Also apart from the different drives that music singers, If you listen closely the 1st singer is lower and softer and the 2nd is the original and is a lot higher and duller
