Far from it (and I am guessing you are using the the term 'best car' loosely to refer to sports/GT cars here, not family haulers or off roaders etc). While the DBS defnitely has the looks, to call it the best car is pretty narrow and ignoring better cars like GT3 or F599 or R8 or GTR. And as for Cl 65...I think martin already coined the most apt term - "a nothing car". I would take a CL63 any day over it.

easilythe dbs...the cl65 is a pig of a car...who needs that much power...when u have a car that looks as good as the dbs

Definitely the DBS, its on my list of must have cars. It looks ravishing and sexy in red too

I feel that the CL65 is too compromised in terms of engine technology and presentation. If MB could make an advanced DOHC V-12 with a 7-Speed DSG tranny, it would be more compelling for me. As far as coupes go, the DBS is top 3, while the CL falls more into a top 10 category.

Im More Interested In The Dbs

This is the first time in my career with GCZ/GCF that I will pick a non-German I believe. I think the DBS wins hands down in this comparison. Don't get me wrong, I think the CL (especially the 63) is the best/most beautiful MB the company has by a mile... I would easily consider it a top 10 German car at the moment... Also the fact that the DBS won the engine category when it went up against the Big Mac of MB's engine, you gotta respect that.

Also when you compare the 2 full frontal pictures, the CL all of a sudden doesn't look as great as when I remember last time I saw it. And the funniest part is that the red color doesn't even suit the DBS that well.

This is a really hard choice, but it's really tough for any company to beat the sex appeal of the Aston martin.

Mind goes with CL.
Heart goes with DBS.
