Poor you, so you haven't been properly taken care of by Schtekare from Danderyd?

But I hear ya, there's nothing more annying than having to deal with some 20 years old kid who have got a job as a sales person thanks to his father pulling some strings. I've actually been to that dealer in STHML and when I was there they were pretty alright.
In general the service and hospitality is poor at dealerships in Sweden. In Orange County they were fantastic, proper sales guys who not only did not how to sell a car but also how to make a potential customer feel relaxed and comfortable. They approach you in a very relaxed and casual manner. I paid a visit to Porsche, Lexus, Mercedes(Fletcher's), BMW, VW and Nissan. The four mentioned first offer equally as good service although the guy I dealt with at Mercedes was veteran sales guy and was superb as his job. VW were cool as well except that the woman who accompanied me in a GTI was very.........erm..........short of words and barely said anything at all. At Nissan the sales people were a bit obnoxious and didn't know how to properly take care of customers.
