Anyway i would take the A6 cause it beats E class in every possible way (apart from comfort and resale price) in my book.

I feel the exact oppsite Yannis (IMO)... I think the E class looks all the better after the facelift and I would prefer it over the A6 in all of those criteria... The E class has a wonderful classic interior and exterior in my opinion and it is a true luxury car in every sense of the word....
