you are forgetting that the S5 was probably meant more as a GT rather than a hard core sports car..i really dont think the 3-series is still the "daddy"..

Imo, there is no king or the daddy in that segment at the moment. S5 have won a lot of comparisons, and also the 335i. So I'd say they are very different, but borh are great.

6 hundreds of a second is as close as it gets, the smallest misjudgement can change the results. This proves that the only advantage between these to is the driver!

euh no since the the S5 also has more power, a V8 and more grunt. This proves that the 335i is the better car technically and more a driverscar

Better car...no way...just because it can beat the S5 around a track does not mean its better at all...i do however agree that it is a better drivers car, hence the reason i said the S5 is more of a GT car.
