Well, he didn't. Bangle joined BMW in 1992, Multipla was presented in 1998. I don't think the Multipla design could have been ready six years before the launch...
Bangle designed the Fiat Coupé launched in 1994. Nice car, btw.
The Multipla was originally presented as a Concept car in 1996. Fiat put the Multipla into production two years later.
But i don't see why the SX4 and the PT Cruiser are on the list..
Dude, if you really think PT Cruise shouldn't be on that list, i suggest you to abstain of whiskey; it obviously hurts your eyes together with liver...

Actually i find the Megane to be very elegant!
I'm with you on all counts. The PT Cruiser is not good to drive (I've driven one) or particularly well built, but I've never had any problem with the looks. The Megane - I'd say the 3-door is still one of the best-looking hatches on the market. The SX4... well, I don't find it ugly...

I'm quite sure it's not good to drive, nor it is well built, as it is a typical american car. But it cannot be blamed as ugly.. I always liked this retro styling/look.
