GT2 for me. First off I have never really liked the F430 so that one is out for me imediatly. But then it was a hard choice between the lambo and the porsche. What it came down to is that they are both amazing on the track I assume and both are more than I can handle, so I picked the one that i liked the looks of a little bit better. | | | | | Contributor

My god how do you pick one of these over the others? How do you choose one? My gut reation tells me the Ferrari will provide the best driving thrills. The Porsche is the German rocket and the Lambo is somewhere in the middle. I can't pick until I see some reviews and comparos on these. There is a certain Chevy that will crash this party very soon too.

GT2 for me too. You all know i was never fan Lambos and Ferraris (Miura and 599GTB exceptions).
While i have respect for them for what they are (jewels of Italian engineering) , i choose Porsche which is also a German jewel. The fact they've pulled out 530hp from only 3.6L is amazing, the performance, the classic looks, the best looking interior... Enough for me. | | | | | Executive

M | That certain Chevy will have the brawn no doubt, but in this company it will lack the brain, precision and finesse. | | | | | Contributor

F430 Scuderia for me........love the killer looks and love that F1 transmission. This car kills the GT2 in terms of road presence (something I probably would want if I bought a car in this price range), and it is also very track capable. It's mid-engine design likely means more neutral balance when handling at the limits, with less tendency to oversteer like a powerful rear-engine RWD GT2 would be (ie less chance I will die or destroy my car.....LOL )
Now if the GT2 came with the PDK sequential gearbox, that may sway things for me in the future.......
If I bought one of these babies, they would not be garage queens. I would take them to the track, and I prefer a sequential gearbox over a stickshift for that purpose (because I'm not that good at heel-and-toe shifting for proper rev matching downshifts). Also, there is no way a human can shift as fast. | | | | |
