As a passanger that might be true, but as the driver, i got used to it. The sharp handling made up for the constant jiggling. I would love to drive the S6 and see how well the Subaru compares to it. There is definitely no comparison between the two when it comes to engine and braking performance, but the rest i am interested to find out. Can someone translate the article, that will be great

Being compared to a V10 German supermobile is a compliment in itself.

This has to be one of the most inane and annoyingly subjective articles I've ever read. Why aren't the criteria for comparison the same? Technikfaszinationwarawara? Why is that used for the Audi vs Subaru comparison but not anywhere else? Skewed, parochial and downright fluffy journalism.

In this country and S6 will cost north of 80 000 Euros. A Legacy 3.0R Sportwagon will cost much less than half that. Driver appeal? Well did they test a manual or a Sportshift against the auto-only S6?

The 3.0R Spec B has stiffened, inverted strut Bilstein suspension but the ride / handling trade off is very well resolved in my extensive experience. A very nicely balanced car with a highly underrated sporting ability.
