Grasping at straws... as usual S-cars is a few steps behind M-cars. Audi really needs that RS6 and then they will be safe, since there will be no BMW M5 "S(edan)S(port)L(eicht)" or whatever it theoretically would have been called.

It doesn't matter , M5 wins by a large margin anyway. Better not mess up with the voting results.

Audi S6. Just looks way better and AWD gives even more practicality.

I'm surprised by the skepticism many of you have twoards high performance wagons. My guess is that, by and large, it's an American thing.

I'm also a little bit surprised there's not more excitement here for BMW's reentry into the Überwagon segment. Not only is this a nice vote of confidence in a rather small European niche, but it also raises the bar for future product.

I love performance wagons to death because they have a negligible dynamic penalty when compared to their sedan counterparts, yet have a large pratical advantage. A S6 Avant or M5 Touring truly gives you the best of both worlds, and I'm really glad BMW is back in the fray.

I actually prefer the M5 Touring to the Sedan. The M cosmetics are very flattering to the wagon's lines and look more substantial than they do on the sedan.
